At Omni Motorsports, we believe a camshaft installation should be completed the right way—not simply by replacing the camshaft. That’s why our LT1 Cam Package includes the critical components needed to perform a complete DOD/AFM delete, upgrade the valvetrain, and replace the wear items that should never be reused during a camshaft installation.

Every package includes a baseline dyno pull followed by a custom in-house dyno tune, ensuring your vehicle is calibrated specifically for your combination while delivering excellent drivability, reliability, and maximum performance.

Expected Performance

The Omni LT1 Cam Package delivers a significant increase in horsepower and torque while dramatically improving the engine’s powerband and overall driving experience. Customers can expect stronger acceleration, improved throttle response, and the unmistakable sound of a properly spec’d performance camshaft.

Actual horsepower gains will vary depending on camshaft selection, compression ratio, supporting modifications, fuel type, and overall engine combination.

Automatic Transmission Requirements

To maximize performance and drivability, automatic transmission vehicles require a performance torque converter.

We exclusively recommend Circle D Specialties billet triple-disc torque converters, providing excellent street manners while allowing the engine to operate within the camshaft’s optimal powerband.

Every automatic-equipped vehicle also receives a custom transmission calibration to optimize shift scheduling, converter lockup, shift pressures, and overall drivability.
