The OMS ZR1 Front Heat Exchanger is built around a premium Bell core and hand TIG welded for exceptional strength, performance, and a clean, high-end finish. Designed with flexibility in mind, this heat exchanger can be configured to meet the demands of anything from a street-driven ZR1 to a max-effort race build.

Two mounting configurations are available to suit your setup:

OEM Location
Mounts in the factory heat exchanger position using the original shroud. Includes mounting hardware for a straightforward installation while retaining an OEM-style fitment.

Forward/Down Low Location
Mounts directly to the crash bar for increased cooling capacity and airflow exposure. This configuration requires minor trimming of the lower grille shroud for installation.

The OMS heat exchanger is available in several inlet and outlet configurations to match your cooling system requirements. Our most popular setup features a 1-inch barb fitting on the lower section and dual -16AN fittings on top. This arrangement allows the lower barb to serve as either the feed or return line to a rear-mounted trunk tank, while the upper -16AN ports provide versatile routing options within the engine bay.

The upper -16AN fittings can be used with a 90-degree push-lock fitting and 1-inch Vibrant hose feeding a Y-block for aftermarket supercharger lid inlets, or plumbed directly with -16AN lines for a cleaner, more race-inspired appearance.

For customers utilizing factory-style plumbing, we also offer a 3/4-inch barb configuration designed to work with OEM-sized hoses.
