Take your C6 ZR1 to the next level with our West Coast Cylinder Head Stage 2 Ported LS9 Cylinder Heads. Designed for serious street and race applications, these heads deliver substantially improved airflow while maintaining the reliability needed for high-boost performance.

Each set begins with your supplied OEM LS9 castings and is professionally hot tank cleaned, media blasted, CNC Stage 2 ported, and precision machined. A competition multi-angle valve job, bronze valve guides, and surface milling ensure excellent sealing, durability, and performance.

Unlike a standard Stage 2 package, our heads are assembled to Omni Motorsports’ specifications using BTR SK702 Dual .685 valve springs with titanium retainers, providing the valvetrain stability required for aggressive camshafts and high-RPM applications. The factory titanium intake valves are cleaned, inspected, and tumble polished to help minimize valve guide wear, while new stainless steel exhaust valves are installed for long-term durability.

Core Charge:
A $1,500 refundable core charge will be applied if you do not send your cylinder heads in advance. Once we receive your OEM LS9 cores, they will be thoroughly inspected for cracks, excessive wear, bent valves, damaged castings, or any other issues that would make them unsuitable for rebuilding. If the cores pass inspection, the full $1,500 core charge will be refunded. Cores that are found to be damaged beyond normal rebuildable condition may be subject to additional charges or a partial core credit.
